a. We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

b. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

c. Expedited shipping may be available depending on courier availability and additional charges.

3. Shipping Charges

a. Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.

b. Some promotional offers may include free shipping on selected products or order values.

c. Special locations or large/heavy items may include additional shipping costs.

4. International Shipping

a. International delivery may be available for selected destinations.

b. Shipping charges vary depending on destination, weight, and delivery method.

c. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Order Tracking

c. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate in the courier system.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

a. Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days.

b. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

c. Delivery time may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

d. While we work with reliable courier services, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Shipping Address Responsibility

a. Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

b. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information such as:

  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Unreachable recipient

8. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

a. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you for re-delivery arrangements
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

b. If we cannot contact you within 7 days, the order may be canceled.

c. Returned orders may be subject to return handling deductions as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Damaged or Missing Orders

a. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

b. You may be required to provide:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of packaging
  • Order details and invoice

c. After verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

10. Returns & Shipping Deductions

Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to eligibility conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

A fixed return handling fee of PKR 750 (inclusive of applicable taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount.

The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method after deduction.
