Welcome to Alif Collection. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are managed.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be returned in the same condition as received
- Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Innerwear or intimate products (due to hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Final Sale”
- Certain accessories or add-on items mentioned on the product page
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1:
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2:
Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return or exchange
Step 3:
Our team will review your request and provide:
- Return approval
- Return address
- Complete return instructions
Step 4:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the invoice before shipping it back.
📌 Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Return Fee & Refund Deductions
For all approved returns, a fixed PKR 750 return handling and processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount. This fee already includes applicable government taxes.
The remaining amount will be refunded through the original payment method used during checkout.
Example:
- Order Total: PKR 10,000
- Return Handling Fee: PKR 750
- Refund Amount: PKR 9,250
5. Inspection & Refund Processing
- All returned items are inspected after delivery to our return facility.
- Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method.
- Refunds usually take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the returned item does not pass inspection, it may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
- If the exchanged item has a higher price, customers must pay the difference.
- If the exchanged item has a lower price, the remaining balance may be refunded after applicable deductions.
- Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Invoice
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the order will fall under the standard return policy.
9. Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:
- Bank transfer, or
- Store credit (if applicable)
10. Policy Updates
Alif Collection reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately after being posted on this page.

Important Return Notice
If a customer chooses to return an order, all return-related shipping and handling expenses will be the customer’s responsibility.
A fixed processing fee of PKR 750 (inclusive of government taxes) will be deducted from the total order amount before issuing the refund.
